If you could build the home of your dreams, what would it look like?  How would you decorate it?  Now’s your chance to find out . . . at the 57^th annual Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Building Association of Richmond.

You’ll be able to see just about every type of new home imaginable in many localities throughout the Greater Richmond and Tri-City areas. 

This year’s Parade will be held weekends only from Sunday, October 5^th through Sunday, October  19^th.  The remodeled homes, if any, will be open October 11^th and 12^th.  Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the tour is free.

For details, pick-up a magazine at any Ukrop’s or at the Home Building Association of Richmond headquarters in western Henrico County (400 North Ridge Road) beginning October 2, or look for our insert in the October 4th edition of the Richmond Times-Dispatch.   You can also visit our website in late September to see all the entries to include detailed descriptions, designs and directions, and a map that you will allow you to select the entry in the area you are interested in living.
